Coral Club is an international brand that provides high-quality products to those who choose health, wellbeing, and active longevity. For those who have also chosen Coral Club as their business partner and have decided to strive for financial independence, this is a unique opportunity to start a business using a level of investment that they have chosen for themselves.


2.1. Process – how to become an Independent Contractor

In order to apply to become an Independent Contractor, you need to:


Except for the purchase of a Marketing Kit, you are not required to purchase Coral Club products, services or sales aids, or to pay any charge or fee to become an Independent Contractor. In order to familiarize new Independent Contractors with Coral Club products, services, sales techniques, sales aids, and other matters, the Company requires that applicants purchase a Marketing Kit. The Company will repurchase Currently Marketable Marketing Kits, from any Independent Contractor whose Contract is terminated, pursuant to the terms of section 8.2.


2.2. Requirements to become an Independent Contractor

1. Age requirement

You must have reached the age of majority, usually eighteen (18) years of age, in the jurisdiction in which you reside.


2. Legal residency

You must provide proof of residency and the ability to legally conduct business in Canada.


3. Tax payer identification number

All Independent Contractors are required to provide the Company with their correct Social Insurance Number.

You become a Independent Contractor upon the acceptance of your completed documentation. Coral Club, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any application to become an Independent Contractor.


2.3. Business Entities

In Canada, Business Entities can’t apply to become an Independent Contractor of the company.


2.4. One Individual per Independent Contractor's Agreement. Multiple Independent Contractor Agreements per Household Permitted

2.5. One Contractorship per individual

You can only hold an ownership or beneficial interest in one Service Agreement at a time. Except as provided in Section 2-9, no individual may have, operate, or receive compensation from more than one contractorship.


2.6. Actions of Household Members

If any member of a Club Member’s immediate household engages in any activity which, if performed by the Club Member, would violate any provision of the Agreement, such activity will be deemed a violation by the Club Member and the Company may take disciplinary action against the Club Member.


2.7. Privacy and confidential information

Privacy of Information

As a result of becoming a Coral Club member, the Company will need to collect certain personal information about you. Some of the reasons that information is collected include (1) evaluating your Application and Agreement; (2) providing services to you; (3) providing you with support; (4) improving the products and services that the Company offers; (5) communicating with you regarding products and promotional offers, your organization, bonuses, etc.; (6) compliance.

The Company may need to share your information with its partners, Club Members in your Upline or Downline, service providers, government agencies, or regulatory bodies if required by law.

The Company respects club members’ right to privacy and is committed to protecting it. it. The Company does not sell any information to third parties, will take appropriate measures to keep your information confidential, and will only share information that is necessary in the framework of our regular business.


Use of Confidential Information

In the course of conducting business as a Club Member, you may acquire Confidential Information that belongs to the Company. Such Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, the identities of Coral Club Members and Contractors, contact information of Members and Contractors, Contractors’ Personal and/or Group Volumes, and their rank and/or achievement levels. Confidential Information is, or may be available, to Club Member in their respective Back-Offices. Club Member access to such Confidential Information is password-protected, and such Confidential Information constitutes proprietary business trade secrets belonging to the Company.

2.8. Maintaining your contractorship

Coral Club Members are free to decide if and when to make any purchases as well as other business decisions. Because the Coral Club opportunity is based on the sale of the Company’s products to end consumers by the company, you are not required to purchase any of the Company’s products. However, if the Contractor is not actively engaging in Contractor activities as evidenced by making at least one (1) promotion within a 12-month period (with no minimum amount), the Contractor will be automatically downgraded to the Consumer status and the Service Agreement will be terminated. As a Consumer, you will continue to enjoy a 20% discount from retail prices.

In order to become an Independent Contractor again, you will need to reapply, following the process in section 2-1 of this document and having met all the requirements in section 2-4 of this document.


2.9. Sponsor changes, Transferring, and Terminating your contractorship

Sponsor and placement changes

The relationship between a Club Member and their Sponsor is a fundamental part of the Company’s Marketing Plan. The Company’s policies and procedures are structured in such a way so as to protect the interests of the Sponsor.

You may legitimately change your Sponsor by voluntarily terminating the Agreement and remaining inactive (i.e., no purchases of Coral Club products for resale, no sales of Coral Club products, no sponsoring, no attendance at any Coral Club functions, no participation in any other form of Contractor activity, no operation of any other Coral Club business, and no income from the Coral Club business) for 12 full calendar months. Following the 12-month period of inactivity, you may reapply under a new Sponsor of your choice. In that event, your former Downline Organization will remain in the original line of sponsorship.

After a 12-month period of inactivity, you will need to re-apply under the new Sponsor by following the process in section 2-1 of this document, having met all the requirements in section 2-4 of this document.


Sale or Transfer of the rights to a Service Agreement

The rights to a Service Agreement may be transferred to a legal successor subject to the Company’s approval and acceptance in its sole discretion.


Marriage and Divorce

If both spouses wish to participate in the business opportunity with Coral Club, each such spouse must independently register as a Contractor and have his or her own Club Member ID Number. In addition, one of the spouses must be the sponsor of the other spouse.

Succession – Death – for Independent Contractors

A Club Member’s Coral Club business is not transferrable by will, trust, or any other testamentary device. However, a Contractor can designate a beneficiary/successor of his/her Service Agreement business in the event he/she should die and should inform the Company of such designation by completing the Coral Club Beneficiary/Successor Designation form.

Voluntary Termination of the Service Agreement

Rejoining after sale, transfer, or termination – for Independent Contractors

After termination for any reason, you may reapply to become an Independent Contractor after twelve (12) months from the Termination effective date, at which time you will be able to select a new sponsor. During this 12-month period, you are not permitted to participate in any company product promotion business activities or have a beneficial interest in any contractorship. When reapplying, you will need to follow the process in section 2-1 of this document, having met all the requirements in section 2-2 of this document.

2.9. Auto-allocation service for new Club Members – available to Contractors, under certain conditions/requirements.

The Auto-allocation system is a service on the Company’s website that, according to each specific region’s guidelines, automatically selects an Independent Contractor for new Club Members who come to the Company without a Sponsor.
